Review for Celestial Seasonings Cranberry Apple Zinger
Before drinking: This tea smells like apples and somewhat like cinnamon. It's a dark ruby color, sort of a mix of burgundy and smoked topaz. This one I also brewed for four minutes. The scent and color are both incredibly enticing, and I can't wait for my first sip of it.
First sip: The tea has a very light, fruity flavor, and it's a nice summery tea. Next time I would certainly try it cold, however, because I feel like that would enhance the fresh flavor it entails. I was certainly not disappointed from my good hopes for this tea.
After drinking: I get a lot of wood and steam in the after taste. Certainly not unpleasant, but a surprising burliness after the airy, light flavor the tea itself had. I would absolutely recommend this tea as it surpassed by far my expectations of any tea with 'zinger' in the name.

Review for STASH Premium Cinnamon Vanilla Herbal Tea
Before drinking: The tea has a strong herbal smell, almost minty, and I can definitely smell vanilla with undertones of cinnamon. It's a caramel color, lighter than the tea I usually drink, despite having brewed it for four minutes.
First sip: I can't really taste cinnamon in this, and in the future I would add a bit of cinnamon to draw out the taste a little. It has a cool flavor and definitely tastes like vanilla, lavender, and mint.
After drinking: Okay, now in the aftertaste the cinnamon is showing up a little bit. It tickles in the back of your throat as you swallow it, and it's a mostly pleasant tea. However, because it was advertised as tasting like cinnamon, vanilla, and herbs, i'm going to have to say that one of the key flavors was missing here, sadly.
