This is just a little concept for you too and to your story if you want.
The Rectifiers are a group of Garou and other Fera whose goal is to bring back the extinct Fera species. They seek to do this by any means necessary. Curses, rituals, artifacts, whatever they could use to bring back their extinct kin.
Why are the Rectifiers trying to unextint Fera species? Well in short, to restore the balance of the world. In long, the original Garou that formed the Rectifiers felt quite a lot of guilt for the sins of their forbears. The war of rage destroyed many of Gaia's children, and at the claws of the Garou no less, her protectors! The Rectifiers thought their ancestors were foolish to slay their Fera siblings simply for sharing a different purpose. Gaia doesn't want her children to fight, when has she ever!? Each of the Fera were given their purpose for a reason in Gaia's infinite wisdom. The Rectifiers believe that driving the fallen species to extinction was a sort of catalyst that contributed to the Apocalypse. Thus the Rectifiers believe the Garou themselves caused the apocalypse. If they are to restore the balance to the world, righting the wrongs of the past must be done.
Stuff to either add or give you some ideas
Fetch quest: You are Rectifiers, search for hidden tomes, artifacts, and anything else that could be beneficial to the main mission.
Dabbling in necromancy: When the Rectifiers say they want to bring back the extinct Fera species, this usually isn't what they mean. But any means necessary is any means necessary. Search for necromantic knowledge, or a necromancer if you want to skip a few steps. And the hardest part of all, actually finding a body to reanimate in the first place.
Pentex hist: Pentex, vile as they are, have shown quite the opportunity. The false fera might hold the key to reviving the fallen kin. If you can break into a pentex facility and figure out how they made the false fera maybe you can do the same thing, but you know...in reverse. You can also destroy any of their other projects along the way. Maybe you could even bring the false fera back to the light of Gaia, if you're lucky.
None Rectifiers plot points: You are not Rectifiers
Fetch quest 2: Maybe the Rectifiers could come to your group and ask for help getting the artifacts and knowledge they seek. You don't even have to be werewolves for this one. Maybe if you're a mage you could even be the one to make an artifact, spell, or ritual to achieve their goals.
Capture the fera: Some rectifiers need you to capture a false fera to study, dead or alive.
False promises: A demon or nephandi has tricked some Rectifiers into their service with the promise of reviving their kin figuratively or literally. Either way depending on what your group is, these corrupted rectifiers pose a threat to you. You could even play as the corrupted rectifiers, playing as unwitting bad guys can be pretty fun.
