About damn time I did an intro post

I am an artist, usually going by Wuky ✨

Some of my interests:

Greek mythology

EPIC (currently main obsession)

Odyssey specifically (praying for free time to finish reading it)

Trigun (manga, 1998 & 2023)

Epic of Gilgamesh (need to reread)

Beowulf (I blame that one classics professor)

Casual enjoyer (a.k.a. not an expert, don't expect lore) of a lot of other fandoms which I don't even remember, throw in a wild card and see if it matches :D (Including but not limited to: Hamilton, anything Shakespeare related, Arcana, Jojo's Bizarre Adventure, etc.)

One and only rule: we are all here for entertainment! (no bad vibes are welcome, though sometimes this user indulges in dark humor and other topics)

Inbox situation: I try to answer all asks you send me! :3 It may happen that I'm uncomfortable replying to something/any other valid reason, and I reserve the right not to. And preferably, keep it interesting!! This way there is a bigger chance of me finding time to draw something significant for it.

Hello! I've been thinking about it for a while, and decided to take a break.

University is chewing me like a dog toy 24/7, sorry for disappearing, guys! I'll be taking this time to finish writing my thesis and rest, then return to Tumblr with more energy and art (⁠っ⁠.⁠❛⁠ ⁠ᴗ⁠ ⁠❛⁠.⁠)⁠っ ✨️

This lil guy's name is Chrysander, he's a merchant from Greece with the talent of getting into trouble every 5 minutes

First one is him at a young age, travelling a lot, getting a nice tan, second is him being a wealthy dude of 40+

(Bro with his Thracian mercenary/bodyguard/errand boy/bf, Stavos)

Also Chrys has a... strange relationship with a certain god. I'll just leave this here, no comments

A lil thing to expand on the mindset (aka just how broken) my version of Polites had during the last 5 years of war. It’s obviously a bit more complicated than this. He does love his friends a lot, but feels they have better things to focus on whenever they return to Ithaca. Hence his “lonesome shame”. Plus he believes he’s changed sm (for the worst) that he could never find a lover now.
