So what I thought was Rat confessing to being a tefling, turned out to be Rat confessing that their are multiple versions of himself. An atleast one would have to be a tefling. An that again for the people in the back he is exteremly cursed.

WHICH, only adds to the canon that Rat is either an Eldridge monster. Or a God of curses he has ascended the human fucking plain and has reached a whole new level of life that the devil did not want him.

Then he gives sort adivce to Markus, which is interesting. Because I didnt think Markus and Rat were that close. I mean in the since that it always seems like on it Rat one of our fav NPC. He a friend but not a tell me your backstory side character. More of a goofy minor character.

Rat basically points out that whatever he is. He ran from it, (devils) just like Markus is running from his tefling stuff and lived out his days until they finally came for him. Just like Markus is doing. (He doesn’t express, what he did to become so cursed just vaguely dances around it. ) Rat offers support but not an answer to Markus problem. I kinda wonder what rolls went into that conversations. Or if this is Jays and Matts way of foreshadowing Markus becoming something not even the devils wants.

Then afterwards we got gay, with my favorite Ashe.
