Important notice:

OOC: Alright as you have been able to notice I have been pretty much MIA, the main reason has been because I have been a bit sick but now it’s due to other reasons. With some friends we were talking about going to the beach for a trip to celebrate we were out in this brief break before starting with the new semester. Yesterday we got confirmation on the beach house and today we have spent most of the day buying everything that we will need and the rest of the night is devoted to packing as well as early bed! As if that wasn’t enough, a bunch of family is coming over for the summer vacation and all so what does that means…I am going on a hiatus!

I am going to be away from today (July 25th) to August 10th or 11th depending on how am I feeling after spending time first with friends and then with family.

So people stay beautiful and have fun! Also I know I owe replies out there…I think I owe to Cecil, Cait Sith, Yuffie and Shiki, as it is I won’t be able to tag tonight but please if you still want me to tag you back when I get back like this entry or drop me a message.

Prompt: Love

It was a rather quiet night, only broken by the sounds of their soft breathing and despite of the peace that was wrapped around them she couldn’t sleep. Instead she shifted just a bit in the bed, being careful not to wake him, leaning a bit against the headboard and watched him sleep with a little smile on her face; quite clearly he had been more tired than usual since he hadn’t woken up at her slight movement like he had in the past.

Slowly Rinoa moved a hand towards him before lightly running her fingers through his hair, she lightly chuckled when he shifted just a bit and moved closer to her but still didn’t woke up. In that deep silence, without anything more than him to take her attention that the realization hit her like a thunderstruck and she nearly kicked herself for not having realized it sooner, for not having noticed the fact that she was in love with him.

And she couldn’t help but wonder if this was love was supposed to feel like…real love, not the kind that she had read and believed in as fairytales, in which the princess went off with men too good to be real and live happily ever after, no, this was different and something told her that this was the way love was meant to be as being the result of all the time they had nurtured this relationship, of having created that bond that now existed between them that had allowed them to welcome the other into their lives and walk down the same path.

Rinoa smiled just a bit and then moved to lie down again, feeling his arms instinctively wrap around her and pull her closer. No, this wasn’t like the fairytale love she had wanted and craved through most of her life but she didn’t minded since what she had here with him was much better and best of all real.
