MINI WOODEN SPOON SNOWMEN ORNAMENTS While wandering the many wonders of a Michaels craft store I stumbled upon mini wooden spoons (8 in a package) for $1! I find that my favorite projects are ones that are simple and inexpensive. I decided that they could easily become ornaments, all I needed to do was use my Hand Drill (by Creatology®) to create a hole at the top of each spoon. I decided to use twine instead of ribbon to give the ornament more a rustic look. This was done after the ornament was painted. After painting each spoon white I sanded the edges and cut small fabric scarves. Felt or fabric could be used for the scarves. Finally I added a face and dots for buttons and voilà -- a mini wooden spoon snowman ornament!
