Hex: blood favor is PERFECTLY balanced and is the perfect design for a hex perk in DBD.

“blood favor is so strong it just gives killers free downs after there first hit.” 

CLEANSE IT! Then the killer is down a perk, and if there a 200 hour ghoul/blight who crutches on it then they cant loop.

“Blood favor has no counter play and is just a killer win button.” 

Windows… also if we want to talk about win buttons lithe, sprint burst, adrenaline and windows of opportunity  have ZERO counterplay and take no setup or defence to use, just instant gratification. (windows of opportunity is a bit different but the same idea)

Hex perks SHOULD be ‘over powered’ and oppressive, if they weren't then theres no point in trying to find and cleanse. High risk high reward.
