“Geez why does studying make me so sleepy.” She muttered.

“Yeah I think so. I haven’t had trouble lately…” She stretched with a bit of a yawn.  "Maybe its the change of season…“ She though was a reason people get tired right.”

Ah. The days had been getting shorter, colder. Qifrey wouldn’t push the girls to work too hard, but that wasn’t necessarily true of the girls themselves.

“It is normal to need more rest in the winter. Especially when you’re smaller.” He rubs his beard. “No need to be ashamed of needing a nap - that’s how you keep yourself healthy so you can keep going.”

Perhaps we need to start making all their meals hot? Heartier? It’s still pretty early, but– 

“If you feel cold or hungry or tired, make sure to tell us adults yeah?”

"Right." She agreed. She was worried about not taking her training seriously enough. She had made a great deal of progress but saving her mother was still her main focus. She yawned slightly, it seems Master Olly had a point a small nap couldn't hurt.

"I will." She gave a curt nod. She was thankful she could count of them. "I promise."

Perhaps it came from sneaking around so much as a kid, but a professor knows which details to leave out.

He plopped down beside her, hands on his knees.

“How’s your work going?” He was putting on his Game Face. His Teacher-Enthralled-By-The-Aura-Of-Learning Face.

"It's going okay." She pulled the sheet closer to her. "I'm trying an new keystone... but I still new at drawing it. Agott showed me some more the decorative keystones." She showed a couple of different fish shapes. "So I wanted to try them out, but I can't seem to get them quite right." She was determined to get it right today

"Any suggestions?" She asked quietly.

“I didn’t notice when you dropped off - but at least half a clock-mark.”

It was normal for even a girl her age to nap every now and then, right? He’s not exactly sure.
