Alright, I need some help from the neurodivergent community. I'm having trouble masking at work when I get stressed out. Does anybody have any tips for masking or coping skills they use in stressful situations?

I think it's important to go out of your way to be nice to people. Life is hard. The toughest thing about being an adult is realising that life is sorting out one problem while three others emerge and it's like that forever. Compliment people. If you think someone looks good - tell them! If you admire someone's style - let them know! Do you admire something about someone? - make sure they know you look up to them! LIfe is hard. Life is short. We are all fighting our own battles. Compliment someone without expecting something in return. Be nice to someone because you mean it. Don't lie, don't bullshit, don't be creepy. But be nice.

so for twelve hours straight now, my head has been going like:
