Changes
I’ve been growing lately. I’ve been practicing mindfulness each day to help regulate my emotions, and react positively to all situations. I find I am my best self while practicing meditation, yoga and spirituality. Daily meditations give me clarity to be present.Yoga has become such a relaxing ritual for me. My best days begin and end with yoga. I find it eases my body into starting the day with a peaceful wake up, and ending the day with relaxation. Spirituality is where I build my foundation. I’ve read the entire Bible, and now I’m on a journey to study it; the more I devour it, the more I realize there’s so much more to learn. I’m fascinated by miracles, events beyond all understanding and how everything is mapped out. I’m curious to see how I will grow in the next 6 months, where this wandering journey will take me.
