carol is awesome because---this is an apocalypse story. she's standing next to andrea and lori and you think "she's not built for this. she's going to die" because she's small. scared. mousy. she's got a young daughter and she's never picked up a gun in her life. but the second you dare to think "she's going to die soon" she's pulling a fucking grenade out of her pocket and handing it to rick like it's a simple cigarette or something

It kills me. She lied to Ash about going to France to find Sophia, to find Daryl, little did she know she really would find Sophia there…and get a semblance of closure on her trauma. She finally got to remember her daughter’s face before she turned, and she finally got to hold her girl again.

In the end I’m still here and I’ll stay on this ship until it sinks. Been here since S2, not going to stop believing in Caryl. Been down this road so many times before so I’ve gotten used to it. I love Caryl and I’ll remain on this ship 🙂‍↕️
