"Ariel… pretty name" He said looking at he from above and keeping his hands in his pockets. She was nervous, he was not, what could be more perfect than that? "Scar. They call me Scar" He said with a little sarcastic smile, maybe not in purpose but it wasn’t like he had another one. "So, where were you going with such a rush and so little attention?" He asked.
"Oh, thanks," Ariel squashed an invisible peeble under her heel, twisting her foot nervously. "Well, it's lovely to meet you," she smiled softly, but in her eyes there was a flick of apprehension. He seemed a little... dangerous. "I'm going to the um, the pawn shop to give Belle some papers. I was sort of in a rush," letting out a small huff of a laugh, the corner of Ariel's lips flicked up.
Scar held his temptation to shout at the girl when she made him drop his things. “I can see that” He said in a grunt and started picking up his own papers. Once he finished, he picked up the last paper of the red-head dropped and gave it to her. “Fortunately I’m in a good mood today, ginger”
Ariel smiled in appreciation, and held the papers close to her. "Um, my name's actually Ariel," she stumbled around her words, chewing her bottom lip nervously as she looked up at him. "Uh, what's- what's yours?"
"Oh my-" Ariel stumbled as she walked into the stranger. In that instant, the papers she was carrying to Belle went fluttering to the ground, along with some of the stranger's belongings, as well. "Sorry, sorry, I'm sort of a clutz," the red-head explains as she begins to pick up her papers.

❝Get it? Because he’s the thirteenth brother?
I crack myself up.❞
❝I'm gonna push my luck and think you don't like this... Hans, guy?❞

Escaping the Neverland || Ariel and Wendy
"They…tied you up?” Wendy grimaced in embarrassment. “Oh Ariel I’m so sorry, I never meant for you to get caught in the middle of all this,” she hung her head in shame. “Pan plays John and Michael like puppets on his string. He threatens to kill me any time they don’t follow his orders,” she explained morosely. “Thank you for not, you know, turning them into fish food,” she bit her lip and shrugged.
Wendy studied the red-head’s proffered foot carefully. “Well it certainly looks like a perfectly normal leg,” she nodded after a few more moments deliberation. “Do you know where on the island this Evil Queen’s hiding out? Maybe we could go speak to her together,” she took the mermaid’s hand in her own and began leading her back up the beach towards the jungle.
"Oh, it's fine! They did, in fact, tell me what you just explained, so I understand. If I were in their position and it were Eric they were threatening..." Ariel trailed of, shuddering lightly. "Well, I'm sure I would've been at his disposal."
Nodding, Ariel held onto the girl's hand. "She should be around the..." Ariel squinted lightly, trying to think of their location. "Oh! They're a few miles off of some place called Dark Hollow?" Reaching into the purse that remained by her side, Ariel fetches out her compass.
Escaping the Neverland || Ariel and Wendy
"Thank you for looking out for them Ariel, I owe you a lot," she insisted with a sincere nod. "A magic bracelet you say," Wendy began stroking her chin thoughtfully. "One the Evil Queen gave to you? You’re sure it’s not cursed, right?" She may not have known that much about Regina Mills, but from what Pan had told her, she was capable of a vileness to rival his own. "Of course I suppose nothing could be worse than being trapped in this nightmare another day."
"Hey, it's no problem. I mean, it kinda was, since they tied me up, but really, it's fine," Ariel stumbled through her words, and then smiled. "Oh no, not cursed, see-" Shuffling through her purse and then swimming closer to shore, Ariel snapped on the bracelet and watched as a light blue mist encompassed her tail. When it floated away, in place of a tail were legs.
Standing up and walking towards Wendy, Ariel moved her foot. "See? No scams- well, this time, at least," she wrinkled her nose.
Escaping the Neverland || Ariel and Wendy
"So they’re safe?" she closed her eyes and sighed, grateful Pan hadn’t made good on his threat to kill John and Michael yet. Her face fell when Ariel revealed her secret to traveling realms. "But…Tinker Bell told me you obtained legs of your own once. If you can do that, surely you know a way I could grow a tail?" she raised an eyebrow at her hopefully.
"Yes, they are definitely safe. They're with a friend of mine- Belle. She's keeping them safe," Ariel explained, chewing on her bottom lip. "Well, yes, I did. I still can have legs, but that's because the Queen granted me a special bracelet. It's not just... willy nilly, you know?" She said, frowning lightly.
"But maybe... maybe I could talk to her? Try and figure out if I can get you something of the likes?" Ariel concluded, trying to think of ideas.
YOU FOUND ME || ARIEL + ERIC
Eric was off in his own world as he cleaned off the fish he’d caught earlier in the day. There were a billion and one things going on in his mind; what he would have for dinner, what to watch on TV later that night. The former prince’s life had grown mundane within the matter of seconds. He woke up, made coffee, went to work, went home, and did the same the next morning. Eric was looking for excitement; a certain part of his life that was clearly missing.
But excitement, and longing, was just around the corner. Eric had cleaned off the last of his fish for the day, boxing them up to bring to the local supermarket in Storybrooke. It was good money. They paid a lot for what he caught, but no amount of money could buy him the happiness he’d once had and once felt on a ballroom floor back in his past life.
However, just as he took off his smock, he heard a tumbling nose and a yelp come from the dock. Running over, Eric saw a mass of red hair looking up at him with wide green eyes. He knew those eyes so well. “Let me help you,” he said gently, holding his hand out for the young woman to take.
At the sound of his voice, Ariel's heart lept in joy. After so many years, there he was. Handsome as ever- though, different. Stubble growing on his cheeks, and dressing differently; but what else was expected? This was a different land, of course.
Blinking up at him, Ariel reached for his hand, slightly scared. She stood up slowly, balancing herself with his hand. It felt so new; the touch of his warm hand in hers. But, strangely, it felt natural. Like... like coming home.
"I... thank you, um," Ariel sputtered out nervously, reaching up with her hand and tucking a stray lock of hair behind her ear. "For, uh, helping me up." Looking up into his eyes, he blinked a few times. Did he remember her? How did he feel about her? Would he want to catch up with her? SO many questions to be asked.
YOU FOUND ME || ARIEL + ERIC
Nervously chewing her bottom lip, Ariel looked around the ship yard. The docks were a little busy; workers fluttering around here and there. The day was a bit cold, but nothing too extreme. Everything seemed like calm waters, but on the inside Ariel's heart was a wild, raging storm. She and Belle weren't just at any docks- it was the docks where he worked at. Eric. The man Ariel had fallen for, but... hadn't gotten to tell him.
"Come on, go and get him!" Belle urged, shoving Ariel in the direction they knew the man was. Just a stack of boxes and a few steps and there he'd be. But, contrary to her friends enthusiasm, Ariel was terrified. She shook her head, and tried to back away; afraid Eric held a grudge against her for not coming with him. But, Belle pushed her once more, and ran off.
Ariel tripped over her feet, and tumbled, sending a box or two falling down. She laid there on the floor, groaning a little in pain. But, out of the corner of her eye, she finally saw Eric. She was in front of him, writhing in pain; though horrifying, she was secretly enamored at the sight of him.

Escaping the Neverland || Ariel and Wendy
She grinned at the friendly red-head in relief. “Yes that’s right, I’m Wendy Darling. Pleasure to make your acquaintance, Ariel,” she nodded to the mermaid politely. ”Tinker Bell sent me to find you…she said you had information about my brothers,” She began twisting her hands together nervously now: it’d been almost a century since she’d seen or heard a word from them. “Are they really still alive?”
"It's nice to meet you, too," Ariel smiled softly, and then nodded. She remembered the conversation, and knows where they are. "Oh, yes- they're in Storybrooke, a small town where most of the old kingdoms reside." Lookig behind her, she stared at the wide ocean. "I can cross realms, but you... you don't have a tail." Looking at the girl's legs, she frowned lightly.
