Oh wow. I do not know where this came from, Anon. But… Oliver is in remission, meaning his cancer is basically gone. I am not saying it can’t come back, but I’m not saying it is going to. I am just saying that no one knows. And will the “no one knows” make me leave him because I’m too scared of losing him? No. Absolutely not. Will I be devastated if he does die? Absolutely. There’s no expiration date for human beings. When we die, we die. I can’t let something as silly as that hold me back.

I fully understand what this situation is and I know what I signed up for. I’ve thought about this a lot, and i think that I should cherish every moment with him instead of freaking over his cancer. I don’t know what’s going to happen in a year or whatever, but he’s here now, and that’s what matters.
