Lisa Frank Clubhouse store - Tucson Mall - Tuscon, AZ (late 1990s?)

I had no idea such an elaborately designed Lisa Frank store ever existed! This looks like a prototype and seems nicer than some of the other non-'Clubhouse' Lisa Frank stores I've seen. If anyone has more information on these let me know!
