As outlined in the EPIK contract, teachers are provided with housing, usually a studio apartment for single teachers. Studio apartments vary in size. My apartment is quite small but definitely not the smallest. Smallest apartments are usually found in Seoul. My favorite part of my apartment is the sliding doors and the hardwood floor.
