Crystals: Color and Use

The best way to work with crystals magickally, is to simply carry them in your pocket or touch them. You can also wear them as jewelry as a single crystal or combined with other complimentary crystals on places such as: over your heart or at your wrists, etc, to disburse the energies throughout the body. 

Cleansing Crystals

Many people often handle the crystals before they are bought by you, so aligning and cleansing them is recommended for purest energy. 

Crystal Alignment Meditation

Stand before your crystals and close your eyes and focus on the moment

Take three slow breaths: inhale to the count of four, hold for count of four, and exhale for count of four, and then hold for another four counts

State firmly in your mind “My spirit vibrates in harmony with (insert crystal type here)” (Robbins & Bedell, 2017). 

Continue to mentally recite the chant until you feel an energetic shift in yourself

Boosting Crystal Power with a Simple Cleansing Ritual

Materials:

Your crystals

Bowl of soapy water

Sea salt (in small bowl)

Bowl of cold water

Ritual:

Take all the crystals and put them in the bowl of soapy water. Use your hands to rub them clean

Chant as you wash clean: “Water, cleanse and clean. Remove the negative unseen” (Robbins & Bedell, 2017).

When the crystals feel lighter, individually place them in the bowl of salt. The salt will ground them in your energy and their energy, and remove any remaining energy

Next, dip them in the bowl of cold water to rinse off the salt, but keep the energetic process. As you remove them from the cold water, say “By the water, no more negativity. By the water, blessed be” (Robbins & Bedell, 2017)

A glass of water.

Alternatively, a plastic bottle of mineral water.

Timing:

Any health or healing purpose, any place.

The spell:

Hold a glass of water between your hands. Because water is pure, you can use it as a magical space and imprint it with whatever you need.

For a specific health or healing purpose, say what you most need. For example, say: “My headache is lifting and I am full of energy.”

Empower the water for health, vitality, and strength for the days or hours ahead.

Keep your hands cupped around the glass for about two minutes and then slowly sip the water, thinking about the empowerment.

Leave the water on a sunny windowsill or outside, preferably in direct sunlight. Sunrise, 9 am, 12 pm, and 3 pm are perfect times for this, or you can leave it from sunrise to sunset. You can also add herbs and flowers to it as well (lemon peels, orange peels, marigolds, chamomile, cinnamon, sunflower, etc.) Or charge it with some stones (like sunstone, orange calcite, citrine, tigers eye, goldstone or carnelian), but please don’t put these stones in the water. Tempest Curse Jar

Disclaimer: I do not promote using curses lightly.  However, they are excellent tools of defense and some people use it against abusers and bullies.  So please keep any anti curse replies out of my inbox and off my post.  PS I’m not Wiccan and I have plenty of followers who are not as well so the “Three Fold Law” doesn’t apply here.

Well, you warned them once, you warned them twice and perhaps even several more times.  Now it’s time to shake up their world.  This curse jar is something that is designed to wreak havoc in someone’s life after they refused back off.

The things you will need:

A jar with a lid

A slip of paper

A pen

Storm water

Vinegar

The name of your victim

Nails (optional)

Sand (optional)

Sunlight (optional)

Refrigerator (optional)

Bucket of water (optional)

Directions:

Write your victim’s name on a slip of paper and focus on them hard.  Think of all that they have done to you and others.  The harm they have caused and why you want to punish them.  Drop that slip of paper into the jar and fetch your water.  The water you use does not have to be entirely storm water but the more storm water you use, the more chaotic and powerful the curse will be.  Pour your water in.  This actually will be the start of the curse.  Focus on this like it being the initial downpour of a terrible storm.  Imagine their life being wrenched out of their control and now they can do nothing but hold on for dear life.  

Next you’ll want to add your vinegar.  Like with the storm water, the more vinegar, the more potent the curse will be.  If you are going to add in those nails, now is the time to do it.  Now you should have all your ingredients inside the jar, give that shit a good strong shake to bring in another round of chaos into their life and that is the jar completed.

Now for some optional things to add!

There are different kind of storms in life like sandstorms, sea storms and snow storms so we’ll be bringing these to the table as well!

Sand: Emerse your jar in some sand to give that “Grinding” and “Gritty” sensation into their life.  Sand has that horrible tendency to get everywhere so use this as a way to riddle them with a lot of milder annoyances and a ton of reminders of how their life is falling apart.

Bucket of Water: Put your completed jar into a bucket of water to add in an overwhelming and drowning sensation on top of the havoc you have caused.

Refrigerator: Stick your jar in the fridge to sit in the cold so leave a hollow, empty sensation within them as everything falls apart.

Sun: Place your jar in the sunlight to promote an inflammed and anxiety sensation on their mind.  This also will add to the stagnation that the nails will bring as they rust.

After all is said and done, have some good self care ready for when you are finished to take care of yourself!
