My low cal consumptions.
Hey, guys. I figured it be nice to share some of my favorite low calorie consumptions. These are things that I eat on a daily. I eat a lot of the same things over and over. Most of these are just snacks. I don’t snack a lot at home but I do bring one or two snacks to work since I do night shift. Enjoy.
At 120 cals per bar, nutri grain is one of my main go-tos. They’re also really yummy! I take one of these to work with me and they’re pretty satisfying as a snack.
Damn I love these! I love popcorn and these are perfect for when I’m craving some. You get twelve of these mini bags and they’re only 100 calories! Wow. You can choose between butter or kettle corn. I always choose kettle because less sodium but the butter packs are 100 calories as well. Yummyyyyyy.
Special K cereal. My favorite cereal and the only cereal I will eat. I used to eat it with milk but now I avoid milk like the plague. Plot twist, they taste even better plain. At only 110 calories per cup, I buy one box and put some in these little baggies to snack on when I want something tasty and filling.
Liquid egg whites. Holy shit. These are so good, I haven’t had a regular egg ever since I started buying these. I decided to try these after I saw someone on YouTube making scrambled egg whites. These are great. I usually make egg white omlettes with it and I fill my omlette with green onion, tomato, spinach, and cheese. Yaaaaaaas!
I mean come on… Do I really need to caption this? Lol. I used to hate bananas but now I love them so much.
These are so great! I get these at Walmart and pour some into my blender along with some water and low cal yogurt. You will not regret it. Super filling smoothies that I can just take on the go.
Sorry, couldn’t rotate the Pic, lol. But I love brocolli. Very low cal and yum. Just put it in a pan with some water and place a lid over to steam. I add a little cheese to mine and have a nice, yummy dinner!
I don’t really eat too much bread but when I do I grab a slice of my multi grain bread to eat and add a table spoon of jam or even better peanut butter! Add some sliced bananas to the peanut butter and you have yourself a yummy snack!
I’ve stopped eating meat and although I don’t really like seafood, I’ve made an exception when it comes to salmon. I love these! So good. And only 270 cals for one fillet. This goes great with the brocolli cutlets. Use both for a nice lean dinner.
Who doesn’t love ice cream? Artic Zero ice cream is a great low calorie alternative with protein and fiber. Eeeeek! Only 75 calories per serving and 300 calories for the whole thing! Wow.
Other low cal options:
1. I don’t eat out often but when I do I go to panera and I get their vegan lentil quinoa bowl. It’s so good and very low calorie. You can also get the one with meat which is also low cal. Panera also has low cal Ceasars salad without meat.
2. If you love pizza and want a low cal alternative you can buy whole wheat pitas, marinara sauce, cheese, and turkey pepperoni (healthier than regular pepperoni) and make your own small pizza. It tastes great. I don’t eat meat so instead of pepperoni I just add spinach.

The ENTIRE bag is 120 calories! I added 2.5 oz of chicken (75), garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper and this baby tastes just like a delicious casserole and a little like cheesy broccoli soup. If you’d rather lower calories, switch to shrimp or even forgo meat all together! It’ll still be delicious!
I really crave cheese or mac and cheese sometimes and now I found my healthier fix!
I totally recommend this deliciousness!

eating 1000 calories will not make you gain weight. (unless your metabolism is dead - but typically, no.) so if you feel like you’re going to faint or you’re too weak; you will not gain weight if your calorie intake is 1000 calories. most of us (including me) restrict insanely low. 500, 200, 800. and that’s okay, we’re sick. it’s expected. but! your safety is important. eating a banana because you almost passed out during chemistry is okaaayyyy. breathe. you’re okay. you will not gain weight because you ate a little extra. if you ate 800 and felt too weak to function and ate a little bit of toast to help that and your intake got up to 950, it’s okay. (specific example. just to make things even simpler.) so breathe, have some tea. you’re okay. you’re fine.

this was inspired by someone else,but i can't find the post.
you need:
¾ cup egg whites: 100 cal
3 tbsp cocoa powder: 30 cal
½ cup splenda
instructions:
pour egg whites into mixing bowl,stir on high until theres stiff peaks. fold in the cocoa powder and splenda until well combined. bake for 20 minutes on 350 or until done.

Low Cal Ice Cream Recipe- 170 cals for the whole pan
Ingredients:
3 tbsp cocoa powder: 30 cals
50 blueberries: 40 cals
2 tbsp splenda: 0 cals
5 tsp coffee creamer (original Coffee Mate): 50 cals
13 whole strawberries, sliced: 50 cals
Directions:
Put all ingredients together in a blender & blend until a creamy consistency, pour into any pan, cover with saran wrap & freeze!
This should make 5 servings at 34 calories per bowl!
