Day 4/40
Did well today!
It’s been 4 days and the scale hasn’t moved at allllllll
Day 3/40
Had half a ceaser salad, then some meat for dinner then i binged on green peas and artichoke after 😣😣😣😣😣 also had a lotus biscuit.
Could’ve done wayyy better.
Day 2/40
To be honest i did amazing today but there’s always room for improvements.
Ate around 1000 cals and was extremely hungry at night (that’s how i know that my deficit is working) so i ate like 2 apricots then went to sleep😝

Also tomorrow i have a king day at uni so I’ll probably eat very little
NEW PLAN.
I was so caught up with uni and stuff an now summer is here. And I’m miserable. So i’ll be loosing 7kgs in 40 days.
These are some lunch/dinner ideas that i got from chatgpt that might help that plan and the workout schedule that i’ll be trying to follow.

I just had THE worst binge of my entire life
I had 2000 calories for breakfast and i have no idea how to fix this
Binged so bad today. Literally ashamed of myself
Just found pics of myself at my lowest weight.
Safe to say that we’re locking the fuck in‼️‼️
Being skinny is the only way to fix everything about myself atp
Also had carrots and a diet pepsi
Did pretty well imo today
Weighed 59.00kgs today :((
I feel like i’m stuck on this weight and it’s not freaking moving.
So today i’ll only be having 1 single meal then nothing the rest of the day and weigh myself again tomorrow
Had yogurt and crackers for breakfast
Then a piece of english cake
Then 2 pain au lait with yogurt for dinner
2 coffees throughout the day.
Today was finals day and i messed up so much with my diet so tomorrow i’ll try again and be extra careful
Day 3: better than previous days but i couldve still done better
Also had a bit of chips and chicken soup for dinner
And i weighed myself in the morning and turns out i’m 59.2😣😣😣😣😣

Day 2: drank sooo much tea and only half of the coffee
It’s still 6pm so i’m only going to be snacking on carrots before bed
Ps: the soup was sooo good and about 300 cals for the whole bowl and it has 25-30 grams of protein
its gonna be different this time.
