Iāve lost 1! Fucking lb in the past week. Iām so angry. Itās like whatās the point? But no. Iām just going to restrict even more. I will get to my GW

Ana/ED tips to stay safer-
āļøDrink lots of water but not too much as it can cause electrolyte imbalance and water toxicity
āļøTake your vitamins! Liquid vitamins are much better absorbed in the body than pill vitamins which have tons of fillers
āļøDrink at least 1 zero calorie Gatorade, eat a banana etc daily for potassium. Your heart needs it!
āļøTake a collagen supplement. Itās AMAZING for your skin, hair growth/health, your bones etc
āļøIf you can, get a blood pressure monitor to regularly make sure your bp isnāt too low. Same for your heart rate (I use a Fitbit watch I got as a gift)
āļøCarry a snack, glucose tablets or candy at all times in case you feel faint or might pass out
ā¤ļøPlease care for yourselves. I care. Stay alive and safe so you can enjoy being thin

Iām high and just thought āwow itās so fucked up that I literally canāt talk about this soul sucking illness with anyone I know. I am so grateful that I can share this part of myself with strangers onlineā lol
this is just a reminder for everyone with a restrictive ed to always keep at least one snack (can be a safe food) on you that will bring up your blood sugar in case you faint/pass out during fasting!

soda/juice (not diet)
rice cakes
yogurt
dried fruit
bread
fruit snacks
cereal

dont worry about the calories, this could save your life!
