three mile long introduction post
hi, i'm midi (it/she/they, transfemby thing if you're curious) and this is my tumblr blog. i'm an artist, fanfic author and aspiring game developer
i write sometimes, i just haven't published much of anything yet because i'm talentless
i am into so much media, none of which make any logical sense together. (deadlock, my little pony: friendship is magic, and left 4 dead are the big things right now)
i am a programmer and i like making games in ancient engines. i played with the source engine for a while and now I'm working in FTE quake.
i have lots of headcanons that i developed basically just while listening to music. they don't necessarily have basis in their source material and are often just stories i think would be interesting to tell. if you don't like or agree with them that's alright!!
i would also love to hear about your headcanons. tell me all of them. tell me everything.
applicable trigger warnings
detachment from reality and body horror i think are the main things i'd be worried about in my writing. the body horror stuff is just like awful meltyfaced monster things adjacent to ponies, and the detachment from reality is a huge phobia of mine (which is why i think it's interesting to explore in writing.)
very few other warnings apply to my stuff. i reclaim LGBTQ+ slurs sometimes in private but if that makes you uncomfortable let me know and i'll refrain!!
