Remember we all have the good side until one makes decisions to be evil. The devil didnt name himself as Lucifer. The name was from God when he was still an angel until Lucifer decided to part ways. So, he was once a good angel until he was thrown out of heaven to be the devil. So dont be too harsh to yourself when you make mistakes. You can still decide to put back and unleash your unspoken good side.

Most of the time we are caught up in a constant internal chatter and argument that never stops. Life's challenges can sometimes be tough. And later you don't notice the degree that you are already drained by it and spend most of your time to overcome the stress and problems. Sometimes at various points in your life, you feel you are never going to get to where you want in life or the happiness you crave will remain just out of reach.
Human emotions are largely an effect of thinking. How we think and talk about our experiences will dictate how we feel about them. Some of the things we say and do aren't always particularly rational but we seem to say or do them anyway. You might think "This is so hard. What it won't work! " then, you worry that you will mess up and makes you anxious or worried. The more you tell yourself how hard something is, the harder it will actually seem. The way we talk can seep into our mind, become internalized and eventually changing our thoughts and behaviors. We entirely determine how we think about our problems. We create our own reality with our minds.
So how do we create our own reality?
Change the way you think. The way we talk to ourselves shapes how we perceive life and the same impacts our behaviour. If sometimes you are talking about how "unfair" life is, you will act according to that view. So just ignore your perceptions at your peril or even live with the illusion that your perception doesn't exist. If you put less effort to your work because you already determined it won't accomplish anything, it becomes a reality. On the other side, the person who views success will exert more effort and is more energized while acting to achieve success. Believing you will succeed is a part of success. Although, there are other great ways to accomplish success but without belief, the journey will be a bit tougher. It is entirely within our power to determine how should think and deal with problems. They can either hold us down or lift us up. The outside events hold no power over us at all. We create our own reality. Remember that what you think you can and cannot do is influenced directly by our subconscious than by the reality itself...You dont have to seek the answers out there. You are the answer. Your life is waiting on you to speak and show up.
Train your brain. Scientists have proven that we can shape and train our brain. The way we think, our thoughts can actually change the physical structure of our brain. As we learn and experience new things , our brain is constantly arranging and rearranging neural networks and pathways that control how we think and behave. It is the same idea of building habits by repeating an act until it becomes automatic.
Use an assertive language. Steering our thoughts is more than just happy thoughts. It's also about using an assertive and strong language using self-talk over time until you condition your mind. all of these depend on your mindset, tolerance, and willingness to change it. Therefore, you can create your own reality- to act on it and live on it, because regardless how difficult and challenging life's circumstances can be, how you relate to it and deal with it will have the biggest impact on how they turn out. Again, the answer is you, not out there. Instead of being frustrated or annoyed by them, engage with them and relate them as opportunities.
One of the first mistakes we make is when think of What we are going to do or who we will be. This way you are already determining what will happen but certainly it will not happen immediately. What if you promised to save money and suddenly that jacket you think you can't live by is on sale? Therefore, you have to be assertive in controlling your thoughts. There is a big difference between " I am saving money" and"I will save money ". The impact of assertive language is not only powerful but has immediate effect in that moment.
Take time to think, ponder, assert your thoughts, are explore yourself. Afterall, creating your own reality is a radical and life- changing exercise you can engage with. Explore the vast reality and begin to understand the magical connection between how you think, how you feel, and how you speak to life.

Some people say, being authentic is when you get to say what you feel when you feel it or just being real. For me a BIG NO! - Being authentic means you know what is appropriate and you know the art of "self-editing". Just because you think, it doesnt mean you need to say it or you need to comment about it. Self-editing means you know when you can take that leap and be candid or be honest, and when to reserve judgment.
