Hi. Thanks for the extensive lists you have and the clear explanations for what you have typed. Most typings I understand, but I was wondering about your typing of Sam Winchester. You type him ISTJ, but I've always typed him ISFJ. My reasons? His main problem with his father is that Sam has problems with following rules and needs to understand the reasons for them (telling me he has Ti over Te). He also has that Fe-connection with people. Any thoughts on why ISTJ?

ISTJ v ISFJ: Sam Winchester [Supernatural]

Te deals in structural expectations and Fe deals in social expectations. Sam conforms to the structural expectations. He focuses on the logical. You show up on time, you do the work, you follow the rules. He does not engage in Fe, the social expectations, like Dean does. He does not follow his Dad because he is his dad. He finds his father to live outside of the structural expectations, to be illogical, and ruled by his emotions. Sam does not play into the social role that he feels his father wants him to and this comes from his deep sense of structural integrity. 

If he were ISFJ as you say, his Fe would take into account the feelings and opinions of Dean and his Father much more in his decision making process. But Sam goes for the logical. He wants to break unhealthy emotional cycles because he sees the flaws in the rationale. This breaks Dean’s heart throughout the series who has dominant Fe and would never leave a strong social tie behind, would always try and consider what the social tie (like Sam) would want. Doesn’t mean he would always listen, but it is a major factor in Dean’s decision making process. Sam doesn’t do this.

If Sam had Ti he could see much easier the exceptions to the structural expectations as defined within their contexts. But he doesn’t and gets stubborn because of this. He has to run in head on and discover he is wrong the hard way to accept these exceptions.

Now, he does have tertiary Fi. As an Si dominant it is tied to personal experience more than people like to say. Especially, since it is dominant ISJs have a separate world view from the structures they use to judge (Fe, Te). They aren’t blind robots. They try to find a way for their personal passions and skills can be used with these outer structures. His tertiary Fi runs deep as he keeps experiencing new things and wondering his purpose. He wonders why he doesn’t fit in with his family and then why he does. It underlies his independent streak of not want to fit in a box with his family, but his Si-Te wanting to fit into a different box nonetheless. His problem isn’t what a higher Fi user would have of the box itself even existing, but that it is the wrong box for him. His struggle for his identity and purpose comes from an Fi use, which makes it so Ti is not in his functional stack. Although, we use all the functions, but Ti is not a major driver in forming the building blocks for his personality type.

Draco Headcanon/Theory

I believe that Draco is under a Imperio curse by his father all the time. He doesn't really seem (especially in the last movie) like he likes what he is like to others (likeception lol).

And I believe that Lucius put him under that spell to honor his family like he should for Voldemort. I think Draco is actually nice but Lucius has never liked that and put him under his control.

I'm only at the end of the forth book so I may not know some stuff yet but I love this headcanon.
