Maintained 😓. Off day probably will have a quick walk today !. Made a salmon baby spinach bagel with raw carrot salad for lunch ~ 350 cals ⋆˚。⋆
I’m thinking about having blueberries for dessert.
Stocked up on safe foods, June is going to be magical…
Finally the 56 range, approaching bmi 18… ! Took my measurements and they haven’t changed so it pissed me off a little. Gonna take it slower today. I will get my steps in and a quick workout.
Felt blegh throughout the day, worked out, walked, restricted as I should but I’m very unsatisfied with myself. I got overpriced skincare & lingerie to fill the void. I might be empty but I’m fucking hot
I just installed an app that rates food brands by nutrients and I find it very useful!. It helps considering different brands when it comes to buying food and cosmetics & it makes you save on time like crazy… it will tell you when the product you consider buying has too many calories and give you better alternatives ! It’s called Yuka

JUNE 1ST
+ 300 grams but it’s period weight (thank God). Exercised the cramps away and got back to walking. Today felt soooo right. Didn’t count cals but I’m starting to like my silhouette which means I feel like myself again.
June is here. Can’t afford to get sidetracked by food this month or I will go back to my boyfriend fat as fuck & I’d rather cancel my flight… I got this.
I will reward myself with cute clothes !!

Absolutely flabbergasted. So so happy. Will eat low on volume to maintain this.
About 400 calories for lunch but I couldn’t bring myself to finish it. Light workout before bed because I miss it.
MAY 30TH
+ 100 grams on the scale. 😠
Honestly thankful because yesterday’s sudden bloat led me to think I would be much heavier this morning. Period is approaching so that must be the reason. Fasting and resting today, will basically be chugging water all day long. Will go back to exercising tomorrow.
Something’s off. I’m more bloated than ever. I did manage to get enough steps in and work out this morning but I’m in a terrible mood. I almost gave in and bought food (?!), I’m beside myself in the most literal sense. I might semi-fast tomorrow, I’m feeling down. I’m gonna pamper myself, make a cup of tea and go to bed.
MAY 29TH
+ 200 grams on the scale. 😠
Maybe I’m delusional but I’m blaming it on the fact that I’m bloated because I didn’t overindulge in anything yesterday… Either way I have to keep going. Made a light lunch and will get steps in + core workout out tonight.

400 grams on the scale this morning. 🌟
348 cals rounded up to 400.
Chicken and cucumber, spinach leaves and feta salad as planned. It was so delicious, totally worth the wait.
Taking it slow today, light stretch this morning, will take a nap.
Received good news today & I will be able to visit my boyfriend in July…. This only means I have to lock in.

Light stretching in the morning. Fruits for breakfast. Off day. Staying in. 2L of water, as always. Everything shower, exfoliating, shaving.
I’m craving meat in the most primal way. I want to have chicken breast (grilled) with a side of cucumber (with my own version of asian seasoning) , spinach leaves, feta cheese hummus and pita bread?
