Day 11:my parents know that I’m trying to lose weight but I’m starting lieing to them

Day 10:I think that I have an ed but actually I’ve never been to a doctor soo i don’t know (i don’t wanna self diagnose anything)
Day 9:I do workout,usually I run in the treadmill for 40 minutes(350kcal) then 50 minutes of elliptica (150kcal) but I’m about to get a workout schedule from a personal trainer
