Forgotten what it feels like to hit a PR. Feels great lol Past: Bodyweight - 62kg Squats 100kg 10 reps 1 sets Current: Bodyweight - 74kg Squats 100kg 10 reps 3 sets Left to right Sets 1, 2, 3 (after warm up sets) I smashed out the last set easier than the first 2 surprisingly lol. It's all in the mindset... "FKN GO" 😂 I realize that I have over 10kgs worth of strength behind me now.
