VANESSA: When was the last time you were confronted with the consequences of your actions?

LEXIE: I'm going to go pick up a few more things for the party. You want to come with?

RONNIE: That would actually be perfect. I mean, I don't know about a full on dance school but I could take a look at least.

SERENA: It's worth a shot. We only get one life, ya know? You need to live it up and if you love dancing, you should do dancing.

TEXT || PHILLIP & VANESSA

VANESSA: The first thing they'll ask is why I no longer work with you. What do you suppose I say?

PHILLIP: You weren't being challenged enough. I'll back it up.

TEXT || LEXIE & HELENA

HELENA: I will.

HELENA: Lex, you haven't been near your family in 10 years. Whatever they might have rubbed off on you probably wore off by now.

LEXIE: I know you will.

LEXIE: That kind of stuff is stuck in someone's DNA. It's just who I am. [DELETED]

LEXIE: Yeah, maybe.

TEXT || RONNIE & SERENA

RONNIE: I don't know.

RONNIE: I wouldn't mind taking a few dance classes. I used to love that when I was in school.

RONNIE: Right. I can only imagine.

SERENA: You should! There's a dance school around here actually. If you want, I could go check it out with you when you have some time?

TEXT || PHILLIP & VANESSA

VANESSA: It's a little too late for that now. I'll never move forward in my line of business. They'll never promote me and I'll be stuck dealing with chicken factories and car salesmen for the rest of my life.

PHILLIP: I'll recommend you to anyone. I can write a letter, or call anyone.

TEXT || LEXIE & HELENA

HELENA: I suppose so. If that's the case, then Carter is it for me. And I'll do whatever I can to make that happen.

HELENA: Of course he wouldn't just come out and say it. He knows he'd freak you the fuck out.

HELENA: You can't define yourself by your family. You don't always end up like them.

LEXIE: Good, then get him back.

LEXIE: Yeah I don't know about that. My family are way to messed up. That's got to bleed over into the next generation if not more than just one gen. And if even an ounce of the shit show that my parents were is in me, no one deserves that, least of all Jude.
