Taco Bell Suspiciously Quiet About Rare Panda DNA In New Doritos Taco
Purchase N.Y. - When Taco Bell announced their new mystery flavor of Doritos last week, the company was tight-lipped about the ingredients.
But now that the Doritos Locos Taco has been released, some observant consumers have noticed something strange about the seasoning.
"I was eating one of the tacos last night and I noticed that it tasted a little bit weird," said one customer.
"I don't think I'm crazy, but there's actually a picture of a panda on the bag. I find that weird."
After closer inspection, it appears that the seasoning in the new taco contains a high concentration of panda DNA.
"We can neither confirm nor deny that there is panda DNA in our new taco," said a Taco Bell spokesperson when asked about the accusations.
"But we can promise our customers that it is absolutely delicious."
When further questioned about why they would include an endangered species in their food, the spokesperson had no comment.
Some animal rights activists are outraged by Taco Bell's decision to include panda meat in their taco, but most people seem to be just curious about what it tastes like.
So far, reviews have been mixed. "It's not my favorite," said one customer. "But it's definitely not bad."
"It's kind of like a cross between chicken and beef," said another. "But with a really unique flavor that I can't quite put my finger on."
Whether you love it or hate it, there's no denying that the new Doritos Locos Taco is definitely different.
