Act like a child. Set some time out of your day to just do whatever you want no matter what it is. Go outside. Discover something new. Blow bubbles. Whatever you want!! It’s important to not let life get so serious!

Never accept less

A lot of people who are in love think that the person they’re with is so amazing and they can do no wrong. A lot of times they’re right, mostly. But there are other times when they don’t see what their significant other really is. They sacrifice their feelings because they don’t think they deserve better. They don’t notice that they’re taken for granted and used. When the person you love hurts you, you forgive them because you love them. But there is only so much one person can accept. If the person you are with takes more than they give its not a healthy relationship. If the person you’re with hurts you time and time again you don’t need them. You should never accept less than you deserve.

Recently I’ve come to realize that I am a people pleaser. I go out of my way just to make sure I don't step on anyones toes or upset them. I compromise myself to avoid confrontation instead of pleasing me. Why do I give more to people who don't give me the same in return? Why do we all do this? You shouldn’t accept a relationship with anyone thats not 50-50. Whether its your friends, significant others, or even your family. We shouldn’t allow people to make us feel bad about being ourselves.
