The beginning

This isn't your typical love story. I didn't fall in love with you right on the spot. I didn't even think we would be anything at all. But the more we talked, the more we connected. You became my best friend, my confidant. I could tell you anything and everything, and know that you'd still be there. I felt safe with you, comfortable even.
