Craving You, Thomas Rhett’s Fastest-Rising No. 1 Song
Craving You, Thomas Rhett’s Fastest-Rising No. 1 Song
ACM Awards Male Vocalist of the Year Thomas Rhett’s “bold” single "Craving You” feat. Maren Morris hit No. One today July 10th, 2017 on both the Billboard Country Airplay and Mediabase charts, sky-rocketing to the top in just 15 weeks as the fastest-rising song of his career so far. The single marks Thomas Rhett’s second No. One this year and the eighth of his career. “Craving You" is the lead single from Thomas Rhett's highly-anticipated upcoming third release, due out later this year.
“I heard this song went No. one this morning while I was on vacation with my family," said Thomas Rhett. "It just reminded me how everything about this song has been fun. From having Maren sing on it, to making a really rad video to just feeling the energy from the fans each night when we play it live. It’s an unbelievable way to start out this record…I really can’t wait to share more."
Thomas Rhett continues his “lively” HOME TEAM TOUR, “one of the best Country concerts of the year.” After drawing capacity crowds overseas last year, he returns as a "force to be reckoned with" with plans to return to Europe while also making his debut headlining run in Canada in addition to US dates. THOMAS RHETT IS THE ACM’S BIGGEST WINNER OF THE NIGHT
THOMAS RHETT IS THE ACM’S BIGGEST WINNER OF THE NIGHT
Thomas Rhett was the top winner at last night's 52nd Academy Of Country Music Awards, earning the honors of Male Vocalist of the Year and Song of the Year for his 3X PLATINUM, six-week chart-topping song "Die A Happy Man."
"I don't have a whole lot of words,” said Thomas Rhett. “I didn’t think there was any way they were really calling my name either time. Especially for Male Vocalist - everyone in that category shaped the artist that I am. It is the most amazing award that I've ever received in my whole existence."
The ACMs aired live from T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, where Thomas Rhett gave an "epic" (Hollywood Life) performance of his brand new single "Craving You" along with Maren Morris. Billboard called the duet "one of the night's highlights" while Rolling Stone said the two "proved to be an addictive pairing." The track is the lead single from Rhett's upcoming third studio album, following his PLATINUM certified sophomore album TANGLED UP DELUXE (The Valory Music Co.).
While delighting fans with a taste of new music throughout sold-out stops on his 2017 HOME TEAM TOUR, Thomas Rhett continues to usher in capacity crowds with “one of the best Country concerts of the year" (Peoria Journal Star). Joined by Kelsea Ballerini, Russell Dickerson and Ryan Hurd, multiple sellouts have already prompted the addition of more shows.
