when nagisa is sick he needs someone to watch over him, because chances are that otherwise he will try to get out of bed and leave; he just hates laying down and doing nothing, to him its such a bore? even if it means that he is healing, after all, he is not much for caring for his own health - he would much rather die than bother to lay down and recover, why can't his bosy recover as he does things? he doesn't understand even if he has read about it.
