me now:
20, in college, still wanting to be pretty
i had so much food yesterday.
i ate like 800+ cals… depression.
my head hurts and i have already had 400 cals
cals from yesterday! i had broken my f@st yesterday so i had a little bit of leniency for myself + my exercise helped to keep me “technically” under 500:)
tumblr isn’t letting me msg or comment :(
ill still post until its fixed <3 , worst case scenario ill just make a new account :)
some “tips”
- don’t be stupid: you’re not gonna keep the weight off by just being completely careless with your body. do your research & listen to your body every now and then.
- don’t jump into f@sting immediately: it’s been proven that going from binging/normal eating to randomly fasting for long periods of time won’t actually help you lose weight. your body will go into preservation mode & hold onto your fat, you should start by restr!cting & then phase into it.
- don’t p*rge: i know not many people agree with this, but it’s literally so bad for you. it’s bad for you teeth, stomach, and esophagus. you don’t need to p*rge if you work on your self control. plus, it doesn’t even get rid of ALL the food you ate, just a portion. not worth it.
- get your ass to sleep: literally sleep is one of the best ways to help your body & is important for wl
- bring a snack everywhere, just in case: this can be an apple, cucumbers (i hate those things), or whatever safe food you have (especially if you’re f@sting
- keep up with your skincare & hygiene: if i feel like i may binge, i always see if there is something i can do to take care of my body simple things like doing my skincare routine, shaving, masks, etc have all helped
- remember that food is not your enemy, your enemy is your relationship with food is: i know this can seem hard to think of but honestly nutritious food is so good for you & can help with things other than weight such as providing a source for important vitamins! your body deserves fuel, even if it’s not a lot.
- BALANCE!!: i cannot stress this enough, you WILL NOT keep the weight off by ⭐️ving 24/7, you’ll end up b!nging & left right where you started. find a balance that you can stick with.

im thinking of trying a new recipe for dinner & then not f@st again until Thursday or Friday until Saturday since ill be eating a lot on Sunday for Christmas 🎄

some personal rules
- i don’t workout if im f@sting (i know my limits)
- under 500 calls on non-f@sting days (omad)
- wash face everyday & use curology
- keep up with my Invisalign & switching my trays
- if i have a dinner out/family event, ill f@st the 24-48hrs before
- buy my own groceries (i am 18 but still hs, my mom just doesn’t care what i do)
- no f@sting more than 60 hrs before having work (ill literally pass out if i do & also am more likely to b!nge on muffins & coffee if I haven’t eaten in forever)
- still take of my body (i stopped $h & take care of my skin, yes i want to be th!n but i also want to be pretty)
- drink only water, can have coffee with almond milk & sugar free syrups
- weigh in every morning (probably should stop that eventually)
nvm, im just gonna wait until the morning to break my f@st… im only .8 lb down :(
i am gonna break my fast soon bc i have school + work tmr & don’t want to pass out mid shift 😔
feeling so pretty (im almost 48 hrs into my f@st)
getting skinny so i can look perfect for college next fall <3
