She walks in beauty, like the night
Of cloudless climes and starry skies;

I requested a Cameo from Glen McCready asking if he could do Zevlor reacting and accepting a romance with Tav during the celebration.
I cried! I'm so happy, I also lack the words to fully express how much I love this. It fulfilled my dream of romancing Zevlor, a dream I think I share with many others here â¤ď¸ Transcript and more thoughts below.

âHello Tav. Hello Christine. I understand you would like to hear Zevlor accepting a romance at the celebration. Well, how would that play out?
As you know I am, and have always been, through some work of fate or some curse, or some magical interference, Iâve always been unromanceable. And yet, standing before you know, in the firelight, I feelâŚfeelings Iâve never felt. Never dared imagined I would feel. I lack the words to fully express all that is within my heart but there is a poem Iâve always loved by Lord Byron. âShe walks in beautyâ and for me it describes you more perfectly than I could ever dare hope. And it reads like this:

I did not expect him to quote a poem at all. I love poetry, it's how I started my writing journey, and they hold a special place in my heart. This made me very emotional. I'm over the moon right now!!
I have this hc where Zevlor usually doesn't verbalize what he wants. He puts everyone else above himself, and his own needs are an afterthought. So for Glen to play him as begging for a kiss from Tav? My heart is full. Overflowing with love for Zevlor and Glen for playing him so perfectly đâ¤ď¸

Baroque is one of my fave art movements. the in-game art looked inspired by it, and I wanted to do a piece that combined my love for it and royal portraiture. this was inspired by the works of Flemish Baroque master Anthony Van Dyck.
this is one of the most ambitious and detailed pieces I've done so far: the fullsize is 22 x 32in, and it took over 50+ hrs. royal portraiture usually has extensive detail, so I wanted to make it as detailed as possible. it was challenging and time consuming, but a lot of fun!

- their ship came about because I wanted to give Raph a chaotic evil counterpart to his lawful evil. basically heâs the âmansplain, manipulate, malewifeâ to her âgaslight, (Baldurâs)gatekeep, girlbossâ lol.
- I hc this Tavâs ending is the âIn my nameâ one. though I hc she says âIn our nameâ instead ;)
- visually, it looks like Raphael has more power but I hc itâs actually Tav for several reasons: many elements of the composition lead to her (Raphâs sash, arms, the curtains), sheâs wearing her crown and is seated, and is also foremost while Raph is in the back.
- Raphâs crown is ceremonial/for vanity only while Tavâs tiara has enough fragments of the stone to be fully functional.
- The crownâs design is based on concept art, and if you look closely it kinda looks like it has hearts on the sides. I added the red gems.
I hc that Raph is a romantic and some of his lines seem to allude to this (code phrase of âmy heartâs desireâ, the Amulet of Greater Health, which Tav is wearing here, in a prominent place in his house, and his words to Hope in a transcript: ââŚserve me with your whole heartâ)
- I hc theyâre married at this point. Tavâs ring has two additional gems, and her outfit in general was inspired by the canon design of the Crown of Karsus.
- thereâs a lot of red because according to Hope, Raphâs favorite color is âbloodâ. my hc for the painting overall is that it was done by his personal painter, maybe a debtor who has to paint for him for all eternity (not a bad deal right? /s) so it reflects his and Tavâs requests.
- I picture this hanging either in Raphâs fireplace in the dining room. or bedroom - much to Haarlepâs dismay đ¤Ł
