Some Songs For You To Listen To...
I made a playlist intended for you all last month, it was meant to be posted for just before Christmas. However my plans changed and I was unable to be online to make available on apple/spotify. So instead of posting that playlist, I'm just going to suggest some Artist/songs for you to check out on your own.
Elias - any of the songs on his EP 'Warcry' is worth checking it out. His current single is "Revolution".
Zara Larsson - She's finally really getting a push and you should be hearing her on radio soon. Depending where you are in the world you're either hearing her singles "Lush Life" or "Never Forget You". (UK... "Lush Life" is available for preorder and due out this Friday).

Why are you angry at the zip-lining dog?
For the same reason I’m angry at most videos of sky-diving and scuba-diving dogs. Because the videos are full of laughing humans with the delighted body language of people making videos they expect to go viral, and the videos are full of dogs with the body language of a terrified, unprepared animal.
I grew up with show dogs and show horses and cats and parakeets and now live with dogs and cats and cows and 9 miniature silky fainting goats, and I’m very aware that animals have to do things that terrify them all the time. But I’m also aware that living respectfully and responsibly with these incredible creatures means that it’s my job to introduce them to a frightening or unfamiliar situation as slowly and carefully as I can, with an eye toward whatever their species needs to understand it. And it’s my job to only put them into situations like that when they need it — transportation, for instance, is bewildering to every animal, ever — or when I think that the pay-off will ultimately be rewarding for both of us (showing, swimming, walking past the blue barrel that is strangely terrifying).
In my kindest moments, I assume that the sky-diving/ scuba-diving/ zip-lining dog owners are motivated by that second impulse. They truly believe the dogs will enjoy the experience eventually. But last night I went looking for a video of a voluntarily zip-lining dog after seeing that latest gif show up on my dash. Instead I found three different videos of dogs just harnessed up and then shoved into mid-air. The result is the gif that I reblogged last night — a stiff-legged dog whose body language shouts WHAT IS HAPPENING AM I GOING TO DIE.
This is the equivalent of pushing a human off the top of a high-rise building without reassuring her that she’ll survive, and then saying, “she’ll learn to love it!”
This concludes my anger.

Ed Sheeran at Airports
I know I've told people multiple times not to go to meet Ed at hotels or airports. I wasn't doing that because I don't want fans to meet him. I actually want everyone to have the chance to meet him, that's just not the place you should be going. Especially now that Ed has actually asked fans not to come.
After being on a long flight, the last thing he wants to do is have to take photos or meet people. He's tired, and not feeling up to it. But if you stop him of course he doesn't say no because he knows how fans would remember the time he was a dick to them for the rest of their lives, so he takes a couple minutes out of his time to be nice. He's literally one of the nicest dudes I've met, but after long flights you can be in a crabby mood from being crammed in a seat for hours and hours and not sleeping.
Trust me, I've had a band (mainly the singer) be absolutely rude to me (and others) - twice and that was at shows when they were meeting fans. I thought the first time was just a bad day (everyone has those), second time I gave up on the whole band. I don't listen to them, and when I hear them on the radio I turn the station. I just can't support them because I know first hand they don't treat their fans the best.
Hotels are a home away from home, and it's the one place he get's to rest for the most part. I say most part because even then sometimes he's got phone interviews that he does while there.
If you want to meet Ed, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE try to win radio contest. There's a lot of them. If you're so stuck on meeting him outside of those do it at places where he works. As he knows fans will be waiting, such as venues, and radio stations.
If you're saying "I NEVER WIN", Here's a tip... form a group for radio call in contests. These people don't even need to be living in the same state or even want to go. Give everyone in the group your info (name, number, address, email, DOB) and they can call in as you to win.
Brainstorming for the Ed Sheeran Site
I can't even begin to tell anyone how many times I've sketched out the new site, yes sketched. I like to do everything by pencil or sharpie and then start working on it with my computer.
I'm going to try something new with the site, layout setting wise. Which I hope everyone will like. I'm going to try to make everything a lot more cleaner too. I'm actually really excited about it.
Most people have seen that I've started to work on a new section for promo. But I may also add a video archive as well. Which would take a lot of time as I'd have to upload hundreds of interviews, tv appearances, music videos, etc.
If all goes well I may take on some some "staff" for the video and promo sites. With Multiply about to be released I feel that Ed has nowhere to go but up, so I want to expand the site and try to make it a complete guide to Ed Sheeran.
Sometimes I think Judy Funnie and Matthew Healy are the same people.
With that being said, I bought my sister two tickets w/ skip the line passes to see The 1975, because we’ve had a bad week. Friday our horse died in her arms and today her cat was killed by two dogs. She needs something fun to look forward to.
