This track I created & produced takes me back to a time when life felt a little simpler. It’s inspired by my 04' maroon RAZR (favorite phone of all time). This song tells a short story of a breakup that my brotha, Ian—aka Skeebird experienced several years ago. Born in 1992, I (Threallin) grew up during the rise of technology, but I've always had an old soul and a love for the essentials. The early 2000s weren't perfect, but there was something positively different in the air back then. Conversations felt more genuine, people were more present, and a flip phone was all you needed. RAZR is my way of mixing that nostalgia with a story of heartbreak, creating a record that feels like opening up a time capsule. Hoping yall can feel what we felt making this record.🎙️
