Seattle has the most amazing stuff in it's thrift stores. We have speciality "vintage" stores as well as a Buffalo Exchange but the GoodWills' and Value Villiages that are the real stars in my opinion! Every year in November the GoodWill's "Glitter Sale" has authentic or vintage style pieces that are set aside through out the year and sold for GoodWill prices. (I'm not sure if every GW has a sale like this or not). Thanks for the re-blog <3 by the way!! XOXO<3 Melissa

I had to share this!! I found a steel boned corset at the Ballard GoodWill today for 7 dollars!! SUCH a score! I love Seattle GoodWill stores <3

My has a new sewing machine!! A 40s Kenmore in near perfect condition. All those feet! A buttonholer!! A knee peddle! It’s absolutely beautiful. And how much was it? $25 at a local church thrift store.

I wanted to make sure sara saw this.

Then what I got was a large hard sided makeup case. It’s a hideous color but cares??? I can of course use it for makeup etc, but I can also use it for a play case if need be.

Went to goodwill today and got an old antique gumball machine.. Its all metal and glass… Not like the new shitty ones. (I cleaned it and filled it myself… That would be gross if it came with gum) and this awesome teapot that I like because I think it looks like a genie lamp. It didn’t have a lid but I think I wanna plant flowers in it anyways. I fucking love goodwill.

While browsing around at Goodwill, I came across these babies! I have always searched and wanted these shoes. Usually, these shoes are above my price range, but this one was great! Only $6.00 in this color. I found a pink one but it was a dollar more, but it’s all good. I’m happy to own these shoes now.

Oddly enough, these are not the first paint-by-number cat portraits I’ve thrifted. $1.99 each at Goodwill, adding a nice LSD Fever Dream element to our living room.
