Day 3

I thought I’d never had a chance to jog today bcos it rained hard in the afternoon so the sports complex was all soaked in water. Good thing I have cousins who are also into jogging and fitness.

Day 2

My cousin saw me yesterday leaving the house to go for a jog. She told me that she wanted to tag along. So the following day, she insisted to go with me because she said that she badly needed to jog, and my bestfriend did not come. ☹️

Day 1

Out of nowhere, my bestfriend and I agreed to go for a jog. I realized how much I’ve been in an unhealthy lifestyle. I used to be petite but as I entered college, I suddenly got so much appetite and urge to eat a lot. And while I was in my internship, I lost my control in many things. I ate a lot, I got so busy and preoccupied that I was not thinking about my body. We had a lot of drinks every after duty, and now, I have a beer belly. And then it hit me so hard, I want to be fit. I want to wear anything without being self conscious, without fear of being judged by my excessive weight gain. I hope that this is the beginning of my new lifestyle because I want to be the best version of myself.

It’s hard to admit na when you reached the phase of being an adult you miss the things that you once hated... like studying? Well, I just passed the board exam but I already missed my life being a medtech student. Here’s a short video that I made out of boredom plus ang dami kong time so... HAHAHAHAHAHA I know it’s super corny pero natatawa na lang ako pag naaalala ko yung mga pinagdaanan ko.

Sinubukan ko siyang tawagan. Sinagot niya ang tawag ngunit ang nais kong marinig, ni wala man lang salitang nagmula sa kaniyang labi. Ako'y nabingi sa katahimikan at nalunod sa lalim ng gabi. Nagsalita ako pero nanatili siyang tikom sa kabilang linya. At naputol ang ugnayan. "Call failed" Lumbas sa screen ng telepono ang katagang iyan na siyang nagbigay panatag sa aking naghihimutok na damdamin at naibulong ko na lamang na huwag lamang humantong sa "relationship failed".
