Confession: I have a friend who likes to text me at like 4am when heās had nightmares or he canāt sleep or he just needs a friend. He thinks Iām always awake at 4am but really I go to bed around 12am and I change his text-tone to the loudest one I have just so it wakes me up when he needs me.

I think that since its been a year since I made this post its time for an update. In the past year Iāve watched this post grow and grow, people I work with have told me about it as āthis post I saw the other dayā and they have no idea itās my post. The person I wrote this about has even reblogged it. He is no longer texting me at 4am. Not because we no longer speak but because the nightmares have stopped. He and I both are in a much better place. Most often the only times heās waking me up at 4am is when heās pulling me closer to him while we sleep. Heās more than a friend now and Iām forever thankful to have him. Everyone messaged me saying he was lucky to have me but I think I was just as lucky to have him and I would do it all over.
The update just makes it even better ā¤ļø

So after a month long bought of no motivation, I went on a run today. I took my inhaler before so I didn't think I would have a problem but 5 minutes in my lungs felt like they were on fire. I am so discouraged. My boyfriend is being really supportive, saying that I'm just out of shape &once I get back in the groove I'll do better but this never happened before even when I was in worse shape than I am now. Has this ever happened to you? Do you think it's simply a result of me being out of shape?
Do you warm up ? What do you eat / drink before running ? Me myself I have breathing probs so when I started running for the first time I could not complete 3 min without feeling like Iām about to die š¶ . I would eat the wrong food , not warm up and I was out of shape , basically it was a recipe for disaster . First of all I would suggest that you follow a plan if youāre new to running , for ex , for week 1 I would walk 2 min and run 1 min (Ć 10) . Week 2 I would run 2 min and walk 1 min ( Ć10 ) and so on .. Itās amazing how our bodies get adjusted to what we do .. so as time goes on youāll be amazed when you see that youāre able to do things you couldnāt do in week 1 ! If that did not work I would highly recommend consulting a doctor because it might be smth that has to do with your physical condition . PS : (when running always carry your inhaler ) š .
