Hello Mr. Gaiman, long time listener, first time caller. Are you ever going to make the old men fuck, nasty style?
I’m never sure how to respond to you Shadwell/Job shippers. Perhaps you should expend your energies on AO3.

LARRY RUSSELL & MARIAN BROOK in THE GILDED AGE (2022 – ) | 2.07: Wonders Never Cease
The Gilded Age || 2x08 || ... in which Marian gets her [italicized] "Oh." moment.
One of the things I love about George and Bertha's dynamic is that he isn't merely amused by and indulgent of her social climbing; he respects it. I wouldn't go as far as saying he thinks it's as important as his own work, but he does recognize that she's working to build their family's legacy, same as he is. He's building the business side of their legacy, and she's building the social side. They're a team.
Go forward and claim your victory Bertha Russell The Gilded Age S2E8

OH DEAR WE ARE LOSING! VOTEEEEEEEE ❤
There is, as Spock would point out, no dishonour in losing to the greatest pairing of all time.
the nanny had Mr. Sheffield and Fran randomly kissing every ten episodes with no commitment whatsoever 90’s sitcom watchers were THRIVING
Look, Miss Fine, I know you’re going through a very difficult stage right now, and I can’t possibly fill Val’s shoes… THE NANNY S03E18 (“VAL’S BOYFRIEND”)
The Nanny is like Dora the Explorer levels of drama sometimes where Fran Fine stands onstage saying to the audience “Now where could my perfect man be?” and we’re all screaming “HE’S BEHIND YOU” like Mr. Sheffield is fucking Swiper or something
Friends? Friends.
