OMG - this is totally a problem. How can we get this corrected ? One issue is new cars that think for themselves auto regulate the headlights, but this often doesn’t occur. Then the LED or halogen bulbs are too strong. And also people past 60 and driving at night - can’t see - so drive at night with the brights ALWAYS in use.
