Bouba Mini Valentines: 2 Weeks Left!

In case anyone's following here: We're on the verge of February, and that means gifts are due in 2 WEEKS! Please take a look at the updated info doc for guidelines on posting your gifts. Make sure to use the tag #BoubaValentines2026 when the time comes!

The AO3 Collection is unrevealed and anonymous, so you can start adding gifts to it any time, and they will be revealed on Feb. 14th.

This mini-exchange is meant to be fun and simple. Join the group, create your wishlist (characters, ships, tropes, etc - anything goes as long as it’s related to Oblivion Battery), and wait for names to be drawn! You’re encouraged to keep your gift simple and low-stress: think sketches, doodles, and simple illustrations, and short ficlets/drabbles in the 500-1k word range.

It’s okay to go over, but please don’t stress yourselves out!

On Saturday, February 14th, 2026, post your gifts!

i started doing an impromptu boubatober to get myself back into drawing by doodling every day! real glad that even though i’ve hardly drawn all year, i seem to still know how

Wild Pitch! gifts revealed today!

After a week's extension, all 10 participants have now received gifts. In fact, 24 gifts were submitted in total! I'm floored by the work everyone did, and so happy that this project was a success.

For those who participated, there is also a survey. And if you didn't participate in the exchange, part of this survey is also an interest check for a potential future Oblivion Battery event next year, so please give me your feedback if you're interested!
