I can’t believe Rip and Sara have the most consistent and well written relationship in the whole show. This could go a long way to become the iconic slow build kinda pairing if only the writings don’t throw it away.

And boy the arrowverse needs a well written romantic story.

Well, time to become emotionally invested in this show again. I saw this tag going nuts last night and figured I’d watch 3.01 and 3.04 and OH BOY WAS THAT A TREAT.

Seriously, I’m here for Time Canary angst. You better believe it. And oddly, I still have hope for them. Rip needed this fall to rock bottom, to lose Sara’s trust. I have a feeling he’ll earn it back somehow, but this is such good potential for a slow burn TC endgame that I hope the writers don’t mess this up.

I just read the synopsis for Season 3 and

honestly what the fuck? 

You’re telling me that RIP HUNTER, who departed last season because he felt his team didn’t need him anymore, is now suddenly teaming up with a DIFFERENT group in opposition to the Legends? 

You’re telling me that Rip is going to go against SARA, his Captain and the Captain of his former teammates, when he was nothing but proud of her/them where we left off?

I don’t?

Listen, I LOVE angst okay. I truly do. It’s why I loved Season 2. But I don’t know how to feel about this. Is Rip okay? Is he brainwashed again? Is he being manipulated into serving this new group against his will? Is he trying to take them down from the inside? 

Those are the only explanations that I can see working here because anything else makes no sense to me. 

How do the rest of you feel about this?

I love how you can tell which of the two is the real deal, because real Laurel would never beg Sara to save her / stay at all costs, even if it’s the wrong thing to do.

Wow, guys, I actually finished a TC video I was working on. This is my first of them, so expect a few more between now and the season 3 premiere! This one deals with the angst of season 2 because apparently I like feels and pain.
