REBLOG IF YOU DON’T GIVE A FLYING FUCK ABOUT A GAP BETWEEN YOUR THIGHS!
Go ahead and tell these ladies they’d look better with a god damn thigh gap…
…just saying. ;]
This is sexy!!
Okay maybe I don’t need a thigh gap to be my ideal bodyshape.
Oh god YES!
I lost another 5 pounds, btw.
Nothing significant, but I can feel it in my clothes and my tummy is smaller.
I also ordered a weighted hula-hoop.
Should be here by the end of next week! Fun ab work, hells yeah.

omg that tummy.
this a goal body i really badly want and struggling for it every day!
Haven't been updating or going to the gym. But I have been working out. In the last 3 weeks, I've probably logged more than 200 miles on my bike, riding it around. Started eating more because my body was starting to slow down and I couldn't remember things. Then I found out I was about 700 calories under my TDEE and that this whole time I'd been miscalculating.
But yeah, going to start up weight training at the gym again and possibly throwing in some nightly jogs. I want to work on speed, but I need to build up my endurance first.

I want to start green smoothies again.
Pretty much. I'm trying to separate myself from food while still enjoying. And finding healthier alternatives.
I want to try p90x again.
Gunna buy a notebook & write down all my plans. I will fucking do this. Maybe I cAn get a partner to be more motivated.
I want to get my diet 90% perfect.
I have no excuse to be this lazy. I wish I had a personal trainer.
I feel guilty about my diet because I keep starting over. It's pissing me off that I can't keep to it and that I keep taking weekend breaks. I mean I lot 6 pounds. I want to lose about 40 more and if I keep this up I won't ever get there. Going to go back down to a 1300 calorie meal plan and make 80% veggies and huger amounts of fiber. Why? Less cals and carbs. Not to mention, healthier. And on my interval days, I will reward my self with ice cream.
Going to start a plan tomorrow. :D I will fucking lose this weight while still eating well and having sweets. I need to start cooking again. No way am I gunna lose weight otherwise.
I'm losing all motivation. I keep overeating & eating junk.
I really want abs. I need to stop lol. Someone help.
Plus I'm not getting enough veggies
Bad + overeating = bloat
My eating has been too much & super shit lately due to lack of groceries.
I can't forking afford to veer of course. Need to get back on track.
I haven't even been working out either.
My bad eating...Sigh. It was only three days this week spaced out but still. Makes me feel like I'm disappointing myself. Need to get back on track.
Ate a lot today.
IT wasn't a binge though. I ate probably double what I'm supposed to (calorie-restriction wise. Maintenance wise I ate 200 over), but my body just feel satisfied as if I needed the food so I'm not going to consider it cheating.
I lost six pounds so far, and my eating is usually pretty strict. I can't keep feeling like I'm punishing myself and limiting myself sweets. I'm going to have to come up with a portion plan for myself to make life easier.
I also am going to increase my vegetables threefold, and make desserts out of fruits and dark chocolate. Especially since my body doesn't like sugar as much anymore. If I eat something that's too sweet, I get stomach pains.
Going to start with the green smoothies again as well to get more vegetables in. Wish me luck guize.
I think the first and most important step in losing weight is accepting and loving yourself for who you are and
And not the number on the scale or the number/size on a clothing label. Because if you don't, you'll never be happy with your appearance/weight loss. Just love yourself ladies (and gents). You're fracking beautiful.
