Seafood Student Noodles
Ingediants
200g mussles (prawns or crab meat will work to)
1 portion of straight to wok noodles (medium soft kind)
Juice and zest of 1 lime
1 spring oinion diced
2 tpsp sweet chili sauce (I used nando sauce and works same way)
1 tbsp honey
2 tsp dark soy sauce

Most simple dish for one ever. Chuck all in a bowl or pan and give it a good old stir. Once it is well mixed either heat on stove or in microwave for two or three minutes to loosen the noodles up. Tastes better than a microwave meal but is as quick and simple as one.
