In Chinese, people usually call this pairing: HeDingHong(贺顶红). This is because 贺顶红 has exactly the same pronunciation as 鹤顶红, which is a white crane with red cap. It’s a kind of pun in Chinese. 贺 is the surname of He Tian(贺天); one of the meanings of 顶 is “cock deep in ass”, describing in a subtle way; 红 means red, which refers to Mo Guan Shan’s nickname, Redhead. Here wishing you all a happy prosperous fun filled joyful and fortunate new year ahead!! Happy New Year XD Hmm…It sure looks like I’m going to have a busy year. I’m sure there will be many more things needed to be done as I’ll be going to a uni during the summer. There’s little likelihood that I’ll be able to really get in touch with you guys(mostly Tianshan shippers) from 19 days fandom. I would say it’s quite a pity. Admittedly, it’s really fascinating by reading all your analyses and fanfics, enjoying edits and fanarts whenever I have free time surfing Tumblr. Thank you all for making the tags so lively. I love Mo Guan Shan the most and I ship Tianshan forever. I’ll be doing what I’ve done last year, sharing fanarts drawn by Chinese artists with their permission on Tumblr, though I knew that many were doing it without getting permission from the artists. This kind of condition is pretty out of control. In fact, the rights of artists should be protected. I really hope that everyone can realize it one day.
