Don’t worry about it too much. As long as you know how to make calls and send a text, then you have all you need!” The teen took yet another sip of his drink before pointing to Yuyu’s. “Try it!”

“Ah yeah!” She says, smiling a bit while sipping on her own drink, “I know it  might be a bit touristy or a bit cheesy, but i want to wear 한복 and take a bunch of pictures! I think my dad would like that.” Yuyu wasn’t typically the type to fully enjoy pictures of herself, but she was sure that her parents were sticklers for tradition and she thought her dad might appreciate such photos. Gingerly, she sets down her phone, looking over at the other as she begins to unwrap her macron. Adjusting was definitely hard, but she was glad that Jinwoo was there for her.  “True, I can always learn later.”  Lips purse for a moment, leaning over to take a sip from his straw before scrunching up her nose, “It taste good! But it makes my jaw tingle.”

Royi’s life was a serious of ups and downs. Much to his friends dismay, he constantly found himself in ridiculous predicaments that he either couldn’t wiggle himself out of, or seemed to burden the entire group. He never really intends to either and of course his friends are aware. But he still felt bad for his lack of capability when it comes to reading the intentions of strangers. He’s minding his own, going through and taking orders as his job requires him too and manning the cash register when his coworker is in the bathroom; genuinely minding his own business.

When the girl approaches the counter, he flashes his customer service smile, just as the others had instructed him too when he grabs the paper, eyes scanning over it before pressing the necessary buttons on the screen. “Would you like to pay cash or credit? Would you like to keep the receipt?”

          Minkyu was unsure why the cute bartender chose to follow behind him. He was only a social drinker but became a regular at the establishment after falling for her odd charms. Excusing himself from the call he was attended to, he offered the lady a warm smile. He prayed that she trailed behind him for any reason other than the fact that his friends ratted him out for having a crush. At this point, he was willing to hear about his shirt being buttoned incorrectly or that he has toilet paper stuck to his shoe. Sliding his phone back into his pocket, he stood frozen before the employee.

The girl wasn’t the most NORMAL girl in the world; At least, by earthly standards. The social cues and climate of her home planet were DRASTICALLY different than that of the humans that dwelled planet earth. And while Haesol had done her best to attempt to warm everyone up to as much of earth life as possible, most of Dahye’s associations with relationships and dynamics was learned from rather raunchy late night shitty movies. Her job as a bartender allowed her to see things a bit more clearly, but she was still rusty to the game. Confessions were a new thing for her to witness and what she had learned from the movies was to follow the other person out  and have a conversation; About what, she wasn’t sure. But she’s grateful her coworker gives her the okay. “We... Should...” She starts, blinking for a moment, “We should go back to my place.” Yes, Dahye... That’s exactly  what you’re supposed to say.
