The blood lazily ran down my trembling fingers. Her calm-looking body rested on the cold floor.

I was surprised of how easy it was. I was more surprised of the feeling of regret. Specifically about its absence.

I turned around and looked into his eyes. The eyes of the reason. And he didn’t even look afraid or adverse to what I’d done. He took a step towards me slowly. He was like a tired wave washing up on my shore. Slowly, the same way he washed up into my heart. My Love, my soul. Oh what have I done. I looked back to the limb girl behind me. She was a symbol of our love. She was the wall between our lives. And she’s gone. I did this for us, for us to have our happy ending , because god, don’t we deserve one? Not everyone gets gifted a perfect life. I worked for it. I killed my Karma and in doing so i shook alive my Happy Ending. Because i deserve it.
