About This Blog (and Me)
First and foremost, I feel that I need to clarify the intentions of this blog and where I am coming from.
This blog is an outlet for me to explore the beauty and art of homemaking. Think of it as cozy, home-centric cottagecore/grandmacore momblr.
I do not:
Identify as tradfem in the slightest
Think homemaking is for women only
Think you need to be a stay at home parent or even a parent at all to engage in homemaking; I was formerly a high school science teacher and am currently preparing to attend law school. Being fulfilled, following my passion, and making a positive impact on my community make me a better mother.
I am:
Pro-choice
Pro-BLM, pro-Palestine, anti-racist, and anti-nazi
A member of the LGBTQIA+ community and welcome all other members and allies; TERFs should exit now
A SFW space
Atheist, but accepting of all religions so long as they don't seek to oppress others

Out of respect for my husband and my sons, will not be showing their faces or using their names on social media. Here, I'll refer to my husband as Dearest, my eldest son as Lovebug, and my middle son as Sweet Potato (some older posts may refer to him as Sunshine). My youngest son due this Fall is pending a nickname--and frankly also a real name.
