…I almost killed myself

I put on my sunglasses, to hide my swollen eyes, over my tears. I cried all my makeup off. Went inside to have a milkshake. I don’t know why. I wanted something to drink as I figured out what I would do. I got a soda and a milkshake. Medium. The cashier looked at me and with a line around the corner of the counter he rushed away from the counter “Hold on “ he yelled to a coworker.

I filled my soda and went back and saw him looking all over. I go up and he gets close and says “I made it a large”.

That was seriously enough for me not to do it. His kindness. Someone went out of their way and as I went back in my car to cry I realized I could muster through a few other days. A few more weeks. Then I came down from that panicky high of anxiety, depression, and pain. I finished my shake. And it was enough time to let me feel better. I… I’m alive. I’ll make it through.

Try and be nice today. Tomorrow. Something as much as a smile. It helped so much.

Thank you man at McDonalds.

walked sobbing around a city once wearing a summer dress in mid-september thunder and rain. basically dragged myself into LUSH as the smell of the store always made me smile. the shop was empty and dead due to the weather, just this blonde short woman behind the counter who smiled at me. i stared at her feet and asked ‘do you have anything for people who are scared a lot?’ (i was so out of it i had no clue). she showed me two bath bombs, one pink and one blue, and said both were good - i chose the pink, paid for it and left. i then sat at a bus stop clutching the LUSH bag in one arm and my prescription meds in the other - i’d lied and ordered a refill so i could just drift away with sleeping pills. when the bus arrived and i was out of the rain, i decided to have another look at my bath bomb, smell it and what not. opened my bag and saw she’d put the blue one in there for me as well and written on the receipt ‘feel better soon :) hope you like x’. 

no one had ever been so selflessly kind to me before, i didn’t know what to do with it except hang around long enough to use the other bath bomb.

🎒 Little Bag Checklist 🎒

✨ When traveling throughout little space, it can be very useful to have all your little gear altogether! That’s why many cadets have their very own little bag!✨

✨ A little bag, or age regression bag, is any bag used to store and carry your little stuff place to place. It doesn’t have to actually be little, it can be big or small, have a cute pattern or be a solid color, all that matters is that it can hold your stuff! It can be an old backpack, a mini backpack, a suitcase, a purse, or even a lunch box! ✨

✨ So now that you know what it is, what do you put in it? Well, anything you want! Every cadet has different needs, so every cadet has different gear! However, if you have absolutely no clue what to put, here are some ideas! You don’t have to have absolutely everything listed, and you can even mix and match to suit your needs! ✨

🎒 The Basics 🎒

✨ No matter if you’re traveling or staying at home, these items are great to have if you’re a little space cadet! ✨

🌠  Pacifier - In case you need a little soothing, having a paci on hand is great! It can help calm you down or even keep icky fingers out of your mouth!

🌠 Teether - Some littles find chewing more soothing than sucking, so in that case, a teether is more suitable!

🌠 Small Stuffie - Having a little friend nearby can help alot, especially if they’re soft or textured! You can even get a licensed character to show off a fandom you’re in!

🌠 Bottle/Sippy Cup - As long as it’s leakproof, it’s great to throw a bottle or sippy into your little bag in case you get a bit thirsty! Water is the best choice, but feel free to have some juice if you want!

🌠 Wipes - Whether they’re individually packaged or come in a travel pack, wipes are just a good thing to have in general! They can help clean up sticky fingers, a dropped paci, and many other messes, which makes this a must have!

🌠 Bandages - They can come in various colors, and may even have some familiar faces on them! So whether it’s for a papercut, scrape, or just to be used as “stickers”, they certainly will find a use!

🌠 Pull-Ups/Diapers - Just in case you’re feeling especially little, having some protection on hand can make you feel extra, well, protected!

🌠 Coloring/Activity Book and Crayons/Colored Pencils - Coloring books are great to help keep yourself occupied in case of little space! You can get a simple kid’s one or even a detailed adult one! 

🌠 A Kid’s Book - Whether it’s a small chapter book or a board book full of pretty pictures, having a nice book to read can be great! Sometimes slipping into a fictional world or getting enthralled by nice imagery first can making slipping into little space much more easier!

🌠 Snack/Treat - Sometimes having a yummy granola bar, some animal crackers, or even a lollipop, can help make a journey throughout little space go as smoothly as possible!

🌠 Portable Gaming Console and Games - Playing fun games rated E for everyone or EC for early childhood is a great way to entertain yourself! If you don’t have a gaming console, but have a phone or tablet, feel free to download fun apps!

🌠 Music Player - It can be a MP3 player, an Ipod, or even your phone, if you can create a playlist - or more - for little space, it can really help! Listening to kids’ music, or even just songs that help you feel little, can go a long way!

🎒 Undercover Little Space 🎒

✨ For when you aren’t exactly “out of the toy box” so to speak, but still want to have something nearby in case of unintended take-off into little space! ✨

🌠 Cute Water Bottle - Staying hydrated is very important! If you happen to have a cute, fun water bottle, which so happens to have a spout, you’re just taking care of your health!

🌠 Chewable Jewelry - Able to be disguised as a fashionable piece of jewelry, these are great for littles that enjoy teethers! Made out of food safe silicon, many are as, or even more, durable than a baby teether! If in a pinch, many pendants can even easily be sucked on as a replacement for pacifiers!

🌠 Multicolored Pen(s) and Notepad/Journal - While crayons may be questionable, having a multicolored pen (or several colorful pens) is just very responsible! After all, you may need to take some very important notes or draw some very important pictures!

🌠 Activity Book - Think word searches, crosswords, mazes, and hidden pictures! They’re really common activities to do, and they’re great for the mind!

🌠 Fidget Toys - Whether it’s a fidget cube, fidget spinner, tangle, or squishy, they’re all tools to help stimulate your brain for optimal levels of functioning! As a plus, they come in all sorts colors and designs, so they are sure to fit your aesthetic!

🌠 Toy/Collectable Keychain - They’re basically just mini toys or stuffies, which can make finding your keys much easier! However, if you just want to hang one on your bag, that’s fine too! They can make a great accessory to show off some interest of yours!

✨ So now that you have all your gear gathered together, feel free to have a wonderful time in little space! Have fun, cadets! ✨

Its so strange to spend all your teenage years thinking you’re the ugliest creature in the world. An absolute swamp goblin, if you will.

But then you stumble upon old teen photos when you’re 20 only to realise that you were never ugly? You just looked like a child. Your vision of yourself was just being manipulated by hormones, insecurity and unrealistic beauty standards.

So yeah if you’re a teenager right now and you think you’re the ugliest motherfucker in the universe you’re wrong. Wait it out for a few more years, this WILL be just a phase in your life and you will overcome it, you can do this.

I have severe depression,

I’m m really struggling.

I don’t know what my parents will think if I told them.

Life is a downward spiral,I have suisidal thoughts everyday.

I don’t know we’re to turn, I am lost and want to die.

Nobody understands in my family, they don’t get how bad it is, I live behind a mask of fake happiness and mental stability.

I fell as though I don’t deserve love and happiness, I fell like I am past all help.

I fell as though I am alone in the world even though I am surrounded.

I don’t think anyone can help because they don’t know what it fells like to be me, to sit through life putting if a fake smile, and keeping that dark cloud inside. Smiling as the depression is eating away at your life, your love, your happiness, and you compassion to the world. Faking it even though you wish you could die and think everyone’s life would be better if you just died.

I am suffering in silence for the sake of my family and what others would think of me.

I am suffering in Silence because nobody cares enough to help.

If you think I am making this up to get attention you are wrong attention is not my thing , I am that person to do all the work I someone else’s name.

Cummington Fair

In Western Mass there is a small agricultural fair I get to go to. There are

Sheep, cows ,bunny’s, a petting zoo,( my favorite) rides, and lots of yummie food.I am super exited to go because I made pretty pictures for the 4-H Youth to judge. I am going tonight and hope to have a lot of fun. Happy fair time to all you peoples.

To our followers and anyone who sees this

In November last year, my little boy/boyfriend, Victor, was thrown out of his home by his mother. Victor has autism (Asperger’s Syndrome) and had to go get himself diagnosed from a doctor at 14, cause his mother didn’t care. And even after his diagnosis, his mother didn’t care. She didn’t read up on it, didn’t try to get information on it or how to help him. She just viewed him as a “difficult kid” and used that excuse too, to explain her divorce with Victor’s biological father, where it was actually her own fault and had nothing to do with Victor at all. She would abuse him emotionally for years saying stuff like she wished he was never born and that he was sick and crazy and needed to be locked up in a hospital because of his autism.

So after the divorce, Victor visited his father a couple of times, and he proved to be extremely toxic and abusive too. Hitting Victor, laughing at him when his autism caused a meltdown and smashing the phone from out of his hands when he tried to call the police.

Since Victor got thrown out, he has been living with a friend of his, who eventually stabbed him in the back (figuratively), forced him to get in contact with his father again and then threw him out as well, forcing Victor to now stay with his father and his equally (if not more) abusive girlfriend again. This environment takes its toll on his already instable mental health. He is seriously depressed and spends almost complete days just frozen on his bed in fear of everything.

If anyone has any advice on how to get him out of this situation or at least make this easier on him, please let us know.
