Welcome back to my life Tipping Scales obsession. Oneiros belongs to Wish and Vidar belongs to Chee.

I want to draw these two more so here's a practice round with their new and improved human versions supplied to us by @stankychee and @wishingstarinajar (I don't know how they feel about @'s so just tell me to remove if you want me to)

Doodling to figure out my characters is all I can do lately.

Got a Monarch, Oneiros, Belmor, and Soren for you all with a bonus flustered Gabriel (who belongs to @stankychee !).

The weather is too hot to be remotely useful so have some messy Procreate doodles of Ephialtes and Oneiros.

Ephialtes and Oneiros, brothers and Keepers of Balance. Night and day. Darkness and light. Death and life. Yet they aren't so different from each other.

I finally sketched (fleshy) Halovian-inspired versions of my old skelly OCs cuz they've been rotating in my mind for months!

This is a question for your Tipping Scales AU If Oneiros were to rehab like in one timeline that was mentioned before, how would that affect his vision??? I know that he can "see" with enough positive energy- But isn't the positive energy he obtains from humans fabricated by the apples he offers and the charm he uses upon them? Do you think that if someone obtains positivity in a wicked way then it is "corrupt"? Furthermore how would we define wicked methods? If he were to throw away trying to gain all of that energy from others, and search in himself instead, how blind would he be? Would the vision flicker in and out depending on his mood? Or do you think he'll completely go blind once he accepts it.

When it comes to Oneiros, positivity is positivity, no matter how it is conjured. The way he goes about getting all that positivity is, in a sense, wicked for sure.

He drugs up humans and lulls them into a trance where they aren't even fully aware of what is happening to them. He whisks the dreaming humans to his beautiful abode where they get spoiled with delicious foods and drinks (all made from his essence), wonderful company, perfect weather, comfort, and where they can go full "greek party" (yes, even the sexual kind). He makes them happy while they believe it is all a dream, but in truth, it is all for his personal gain and greed, and with no consent while also making them addicted to him.

But no matter his "wicked" methods, the positivity he strengthens in humans through his essence (apples, food, drinks, his aura) does not get corrupted. It's a genuine feeling he invokes in the humans; they are genuinely at ease, happy, calm, and soothed. The only corruption is the addictive side of it.

Oneiros isn't blind per se; it is the overabundance of light (aka positive energy) within his skull that blinds him. His sockets are like flashlights if you take his visor off, they're bright. See it akin to shining a light into your own eyes; you can't see shit.

Once all that inner light fades or reduces to a normal amount, like when he goes through rehab or is close to dying, his vision is actually restored and he can see normally again. He won't need to rely on sensing positivity (or light/radiance) anymore to be able to "see".

Aah, my smoking skeleman! He's looking like he's in a very good mood or a scheming one. Either way, he's looking like he's having a good time and I won't complain about it!

I only have one Nightmare OC, which is Ephialtes from @tippingscales and he's smoky x'D So no, I don't have any that are "slimy".

I'd have said yes if Monarch was a Nightmare but he's a goopy Dream instead so still nope.

Hello there! I noticed Oneirus has a cracked skull under his hood and mask, is this a design choice or is there another story behind it?

Whatever you do, don't feel sorry for Oneiros while Vidar destroys his stuff; it's very deserved and needed.

Some art in response to the (now finished) Dream Tournament that was held by @nashdoesstuff.

My boys Monarch and Oneiros were up against Shattered!Dream and Swap!Dream and welp, they didn't even last a single round xD Their opponents were too great and powerful (and handsome!), as expected.
